My husband and I love coldstone and order it all the time. We order it from thier website for delivery. Last night we placed an order and were notified by text message that it was picked up and on its way. We got another message that the driver was delivering another order and would then he would deliever our order. After a few minutes we got a message that the order was delivered. We went outside to check and couldn't find anything. We clicked the link to contact the driver and messaged Carlos asking for the location of the drop off. He never answered. We tried calling him and he still did not answer. We then called the store. The woman we spoke to said first, we could not have ordered from the website for deliever, it's not an option. I told her we do it all the time. Then she put me on hold to call her boss. She came back and said it was really not thier issue because it is through doordash, but her manager would call me tomorrow. We tried to call Carlos again who did answer. He said he went to pick up our order, but was told someone else already picked it up and the store refused to remake the order. I didn't believe him because I received the message that Carlos picked up my o

We had the Cold Stone ice cream trailer from Cold Stone Creamery at our daughter's graduation party, and it was one of the highlights of the day! The trailer was a huge hit with guests of all ages. The ice cream was delicious, the toppings were plentiful, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional throughout the event. Everything was set up on time, service moved quickly, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the experience. It added a fun and unique touch to the celebration and made the day even more memorable. We highly recommend Cold Stone for any special event and would definitely book them again! 🍦🎓🎉

Very great establishment- Sydney was SO kind and accommodating to my gluten allergy, even went to the back to get me a fresh serving! BEST LOCATION🤞🏼

Cold Stone is a pronounced ice cream restaurant that serves a fine variety of flavors. I ordered the brownie cup with cookie dough ice cream and caramel/hot fudge. The brownie enriched the cup to create a sensational dessert. I did not have a wait for my order and the restaurant was very clean. The only way I could be happier is if the cup was not as expensive as it currently is. Coming in at close to $10, it is near the costly side of my price chart.

My first time ever at any Cold Stone location! I was a little skeptical of their prices, but holy cow!! It was magical!! There's definitely a difference in their ice cream!! It tasted amazing!! The girl behind the counter was very polite!! I'll definitely be back!!
